10 Easy — To — Make Smoothies For Busy Mornings

You just need a blender. The more dominant the blender, the better, since then you can separate
more nutrients and proteins from your nourishment.

1. Banana and Pear with almond drain

· 200 ml of Almond drain;

· 2 Bananas (without the banana strip);

· 1 Pear (stripped).

2. Blueberries and blackberries with beet and banana

· 200 ml of Water;

· 200 ml of Ice;

· 1 cut of Beet (crisp, stripped);

· 100 grams of Blackberries;

· 125 grams of Blueberries;

· 100 grams of Currants;

· 1 cut of Lemon (stripped);

· 2 Bananas (stripped).

3. Carrots with mint and pumpkin

· 200 ml of Water;

· 200 ml of Yogurt;

· 2 Carrots;

· 200 grams of Pumpkin (stripped, without the seeds)

4. Apricot with banana, corn and mint
